1.2 basic coefficients

K1 = 0.0576 + 0.02337 * low calorific / 1000
K2 = 0.699 + 0.303 * low calorific / 1000
K3 = 0.9081 - 0.0163 * low heat / 1000
K4 = -0.0139 + 0.0089 * low heat / 1000
1.3 specific heat of exhaust gas
Exhaust gas temperature
Exhaust gas specific heat = 0.9657 + 0.0005 * smoke temperature - 0.000001 * smoke temperature * smoke temperature
1.4 flue gas heat loss

Dry gas heat loss = flue gas specific heat / low heat output * (coefficient K1 + coefficient K2 * excess air factor) * (smoke temperature - cold air temperature) * 100
Moisture heat loss = 1.88 / low heat * (coefficient K3 + 0.01 * (coefficient K4 + coefficient K2 * over air factor) * (smoke temperature - cold air temperature) * 100
Flue gas heat loss = dry gas heat loss + moisture heat loss
1.5 incomplete chemical combustion loss
Heat loss of flue gas (fixed value, determined according to each factory situation)

1.6 mechanical incomplete combustion loss

Ay: ash content
Cfh: carbon content in fly ash

Mechanical incomplete combustion loss = 33730 / low heat * ash * (0.9 * ash carbon content / (100 - fly ash carbon content) + 0.1 * slag carbon content / (100 - slag carbon content))
