SD42-3型推土机油温高和转向故障的处理 Treatment of high temperature and turning faults of SD42-3 type clay oil 2009-4-25 A Taishan SD42 - 3 bulldozer has high oil temperature and no right steering failure. The oil temperature rises fast and the water temperature is normal. According to experience, it may be caused by too much oil in the torque converter shell. Remove the torque converter and find that the filter is seriously clogged and stores a lot of oil. Replace the rear axle box oil and filter element, final drive and work tank oil after re test machine, start no right turn, then no left turn. With the pressure gauge to measure the left and right side clutch pressure port B, C pressure, the handle to the corresponding position, the pressure is zero; because of this machine adopts electronic control operation, with a small bulb to test the electrical steering brake output connector, and the handle to the corresponding position, the small bulbs are so bright, the judgment of steering brake electrical parts should be normal, no steering hydraulic fault. Measuring the outlet pressure of the steering pump with a pressure gauge is 1.1 to 1.9MPa, basically normal, thus the steering valve is suspected to be out of order. The steering valve is equipped with 4 electrical units The magnetic proportional pressure regulating valve (see Figure 1) controls left and right steering and left and right braking respectively. Electromagnetic proportional pressure regulating valve has 3 oil ports, P is inlet, RP is oil control port, and T is oil return port. Its working principle is as follows: (1) when the coil of the electromagnetic proportional valve is not energized, the oil that controls the oil port enters the spring cavity through the feedback throttling hole on the main valve core, and the valve is pushed to the top end together with the spring. The main spool is in a sealed state, the oil port P and RP are not interlinked. (2) oil port P, a small amount of pilot oil through the main spool
