伺服电机工作原理 AC servo motor basic structure and working principle, AC servo motor is usually single-phase asynchronous motor, there are squirrel cage rotor and cup rotor two structural forms. Like ordinary motors, AC servo motors are made up of stator and rotor. There are two windings on the stator, that is, the excitation winding and the control winding, and the two windings have a difference of 90 degrees in the space. The frame for fixing and protecting stator is usually made of hard aluminium or stainless steel. The rotor of the squirrel cage AC servo motor is the same as that of an ordinary three-phase cage motor. The structure of a rotor AC servo motor is shown in Figure 3-12 consisting of an outer stator 4, a cup-shaped rotor 3, and an inner stator 5 and three parts. Its outer stator and cage rotor AC servo motor are the same, and the rotor is made of non-magnetic conductive material (such as copper or aluminum) into a hollow cup shape, and the bottom of the cup is fixed on the rotating shaft 7. The hollow cup has a very thin wall (less than 0.5mm), so the moment of inertia is very small. The stator is laminated by silicon steel sheet and fixed on an end cap 1 and 8. There is no winding on the stator and only for the magnetic circuit. When the motor works, the inner and outer stator does not move, and only the cup rotor rotates in the air gap between the inner stator and the outer stator. For AC servo motors with less output power, the excitation windings and control windings are often placed in the inner and outer stator cores respectively. There is no essential difference between AC servo motor and single-phase induction motor. However, the AC servo motor must have a performance that can overcome the so-called rotation phenomenon of AC servo motor, no control signal, it should not rotate, especially when it has been in the rotation, if the control signal disappears, it should immediately stop.
