· 202· 坚生损伤与修复杂志(电子版)2007年第2卷第4期Chin J Injury Repair Wound Healing(Electron Ver)．AugLl8t 2007．Vol 2．No．4 ． 论著 ． 严重腹部电烧伤临床分析 黄勇 祁少海 何国 徐盈斌 谢举临 刘旭盛 利天增 作者简介：黄勇，男，1983年生，山东省临清市人，中山大学附属第一医院在读硕士，主要研 究方向：从事皮肤干细胞和组织X-程皮肤的研究。 【摘要】 目的 探讨严重电烧伤全层腹壁及腹腔内脏器损伤的诊治方法。方法 收集1992年 3月至2006年4月5例严重腹部高压电烧伤采用皮瓣转移或植皮术进行修复的临床资料，对其进行 回顾性分析。结果 采用皮瓣转移或植皮术进行修复的5例患者，4例皮瓣全部成活，其中3例皮瓣 I期愈合，1例皮瓣远端缺血坏死；1例术后3小时病情恶化抢救无效死亡。结论 严重腹部电烧伤 治疗的关键在于把握剖腹探查的时机和选择恰当的皮瓣。 【关键词】 烧伤；电；皮瓣 Clinical analysis of severe electrical abdominal injury HUANG y0 ，QI Shao-hai，HE Guo，XU - bin，XIE Jue-lin，LIUXu-sheng，LI Tian-zeng．Department ofBurns，The FirstAffiliatedHospital，Sun Yat- sen Unive~ity，Guangzhou 510080 China；Department ofBurns，People’S Hospital ofMeizhou City，Me~hou 51403 ，China 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methods for the diagnosis and management of electrical ab- dominal injury involving the whole abdominal wall and celiac internal organs．Methods Five cases with se- vere eleetrical abdominal injury during March 1992 to April 2006 were enrolled in the study．And their clini- cal data were collected and analyzed．Results There were 4 out of 5 cases inflicted by the necrosis of celiac internal organs．Operations were performed in all 5 cases among which 4 received laparotomy ventrotomy． The necrotic organs were removed．And the burn wound in the trunk and extremities were covered after the recovery of abdominal internal organs．Grafting of skin and skin flap were employed in all the 5 cases to COV- er the abdominal defect wounds．Four out of the 5 cases were cured with one died finally．Conclusion Lap- arotomy ventrotomy should be performed immediately after the establishment of the diagnosis of severe eleetri． cal abdominal injury．Grafting of skin and skin flap could be employed for the repairing of the wounds． 【Key words】 Burn；Electricity；Skin flap 严重腹部高压电接触性烧伤，腹部多为电流的 为14．2％。其中累及腹
