Methods: On the subject of “reducing the error of drug reclaim in inpatient pharmacy” the activities were conducted according ， to 10 steps of quality control circle QCC including the theme selected, the current situation controlled, the （ ）, goal set up, the reason analyzed, and the countermeasures planned and implemented. In addition, both visible and invisible achievements were evaluated. Results: Through conducting QCC activity, errors of drug withdrawal in inpatient pharmacy decreased by 53.6% withdrawal visible achievements, and the goal-reaching rate was 118.0%, indicating the reduction of drug withdrawal and improvement of SOP in inpatient pharmacy. Conclusion: The development of QQC activity can reduce errors of drug withdrawal in inpatient
