Direct towards the problems of traditional water supply system, such as unstable water pressure and wasting of electric energy, this paper proposes a design scheme of constant pressure water supply using fuzzy control based on PLC. The control system takes PLC as the center, combined with the inverters and the pressure sensors and forms a constant pressure water supply system with variable frequency. The system adopts the water pressure of the pipe network as the setup parameter, and uses the practical and effective fuzzy control algorithm. The rotary speeds of the water pump motors are automatically regulated by controlling the output frequency of the inverter, PLC controls the water pump numbers and the inverter to regulate the rotary speeds of the water pump motors according to the practical water amount, and the constant pressure water supply is realized, the problems of unstable pressure in the pipe network and wasting of water and electricity in the traditional water supply method are solved effectively, and a reasonable implementation method is provided for the modern water supply system.
