·722 · Chin J Nosocomiol Vol.20 No.5 2010 ·　 · 赵云和, 吕金女 (, 321400) :　, 。　2005 1 ～ 2008 10 , 。　284 , 132 , 46.48%, 84 , 29.58%, 48 , 16.90%;5 、、、 ;、、、, 60.00%;、、、, 50.00%。　, ; , 。 :;; :R378　　:A 　　:1005-4529(2010)05-0722-03 Pathogen Distribution and Resistance Analysis of Multi-Hospital Infection in Grass-roots Level Hospital ZHAO Yun-he, L Jin-nǜ (J iny un County P eop le ′s H osp it al, J iny un, Z h ej iang 321400, Ch ina ) Abstract:OBJ CTIV Learning clinical distri ution of pathogens of multiple-hospital infection in grass-roots hospital, to guide rational using clinical drug.M THODS The statistical analysis of distri ution and resistance of pathogens isolated from multi-hospital infections from Jan 2005 to Oct 2008 w ere recalled.R SULTS In 284 pathogens isolated f rom clinic, there w ere 132 G- acteria (accounted for 46.48%), 84 G+ acteria (accounted for 29.58%)and 48 fungi (accounted for 16.90%).Drug-resistant pathogens showed that most G+ acteria′s resistance rate w as 60%, except for vancomycin, teicoplanin, fusidic acid and nitrofurantoin.G- acteria′s resistance rate to other commonly used antimicro ial agents w as 50%, except for meropenem, imipenem, amikacin, and piperacillin/tazo actam.CONCLUSIONS The most pathogens of multi-hospital infection in grass- roots hospital are G- acteria.Attaching importance to pathogen and drug sensitivity inspection can guide controlling multi-hospital infection and rational using clinical anti iotics.
