The study of technical standard system of drop and pull transport A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Zhang E Supervisor：Prof. Chen Yinshe Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 随着社会经济的增长，道路运输的飞速发展，技术标准在道路运输发展过程中起到 了越来越重要的作用。甩挂运输各个环节在一定程度上受到技术标准的限制，要实现甩 挂运输的健康发展，必须对甩挂运输的技术标准体系进行研究，以促进甩挂运输向标准 化、快速化、合理化发展。甩挂运输技术标准体系是按照内在联系而形成的有机整体， 是发展甩挂运输不可缺少的一部分。甩挂运输技术标准体系的构建框架规范设施设备、 装卸搬运工具、生产工艺流线等技术标准，满足甩挂运输领域的技术需求，推动甩挂运 输标准化建设，为实现甩挂运输的经济效益和社会效益提供技术支撑。 论文在发展甩挂运输的社会背景下，分析了构建甩挂运输技术标准体系的必要性， 并深入研究如何构建甩挂运输技术标准体系。论文从国内外技术标准发展现状入手，阐 述了国内外甩挂运输技术标准的特点，又从基本概念出发，引出技术标准体系，甩挂运 输技术标准；在此基础上，进一步明晰了甩挂运输技术标准体系的内涵，得出了构建甩 挂运输技术标准体系的目标、属性、构建原则以及构成要素；再根据甩挂运输领域本身 的专业性和特殊性，分析出了甩挂运输的构建步骤和主要内容，从而确定了甩挂运输技 术标准体系的总体框架及各个子系统的构成要素，提出了构建甩挂运输技术标准体系的 对策和建议。 关键词：甩挂运输，技术标准，技术标准体系 I Abstract With the rapid development of road transport and social economic, technical standards in the process of the development of road transport played an increasingly important role.
