It can help individuals and the society to deal with daily affairs more conveniently with a great cut of labor force and time. Developing the training system of community security in vocational college can provide students with a more vivid understanding of the social security, facilitating them to give full play to their potential after entering the society so as to promote the further perfection of the community security system and make a fair, just and harmonious society. This paper combines with the business requirements of the social insurance management information system in the industry of community security, describes the requirements of insured subsystems and performs design and production according to the practical working process of social security as well as separates the functions of each module in detail, giving students a realistic feeling in simulation. The three-tier architecture based on NET has been widely used for it has advantages in the aspects of portability, software architecture, openness, security and performance over the previous software of social security which was mainly based on a two -tier system.
