T he column temperature w as 0 e . Results Within the range of 010105~ 01 21Lg( r = 019997) and 010112~ 01224Lg( r = 019996) for Q uertetin and Kaempferol respectively, the linearity of this method w as good. The average recovery rates of Quertetin and Kaempferol w ere 98102% w ith RSD of 01 69% and 981 16% w ith RSD of 0179% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
