Líaoning Water Conservancy and Civil Construction Consulting Company Limited Shenyang 110003 ,China) Abstract: The adoption of compound base bid price matrix game model is proposed under the condition that the construction company has no knowledge of competitors historical information. In this model no more competitors information is needed. It takes the corre- sponding lìmìted actual prices from the bid prices within certain range and with certain step length and uses the game matrix to con firm the final bid price through analyzing the error of bidding. For the bidding of Dahuofang water transferring project , the com- pound base bid price matrix game model is used to calculate the bid price. 丁he result of the hid opening shows that the price calculat- ed by the model is 97. 2% the same with the actual optimal bid price , which proves that the compound base bid price matrix game model can calculate the compound base bid price accuratcly and is a good instruction f
