中医杂志 2007年第48卷第12期 Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine，2007，Vo1．48，No．12 · 方药研究· 前健脾后补肾对力竭运动大鼠 肾功能和肾细胞凋亡的影响 刘祥梅 谭 军 吴宇强 刘文锋 唐瑶函 严 秋 吴 钢 刘清波 蒋振华 (湖南师范大学体育学院运动人体科学教研室，湖南省长沙市河西左家垄麓山南路，410012) [摘 要] 目的 研究中药前健脾后补肾对力竭运动大鼠肾功能的影响及其作用机制。 方法 将 24只雄性SD大鼠分为安静对 照组、力竭运动组、力竭运动前健脾后补肾组，力竭运动后24小时取材，检测血清尿素氮、肌酐和尿蛋白含量，HE染色观察肾组织 细胞，原位末端标记法(TUNEI )检测肾凋亡细胞。 结果 力竭运动前健脾后补肾组比力竭运动组的血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿蛋白及 凋亡指数低(Po．05)，无类似于力竭运动组的肾组织坏死现象。结论 力竭运动造成的肾功能降低可能与肾细胞凋亡、病理损害 有关，前健脾后补肾能减轻这些变化，起到一定的保护肾功能作用。 [关键词] 健脾；补肾；力竭运动；细胞凋亡；肾功能 Effect of Strengthening the Spleen and Tonifying the Kidney on the Function and Apoptosis of Kidney in Rats after Exhaustive Exer— cise LIU Xiang—mei，TAN Jun，WU Yu—qiang，et a1． (Physical Education of Hunan Normal University，Ckangska 4 1 00 1 2) ABSTRACT Objective To study the effect and mechanism of strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney on the function and apoptosis of kidney in rats．Methods The 4 2 male SD rats were randomly divided into quiet control group，exhausted exercise group and strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney group．Twenty—four hours after exhaustive exercise，the concentrations of blood urea nitrogen(BUN)，serum creatinine and urinary protein were determined，The apoptosis in kidneys of rats was detected by TUNEI ．The structure of kidney was observed in the HE stain．Results Comparing with the exhausted exercise group，the concen— trations Of BUN，serum creatinine and apoptotic index were lower significantly(P0．05)and there wasn’t necrosis Of kidney tissues in the strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney group．Conclusion Strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney play a certain role in protecting the renal function by inhibiting apoptosis and decreasing necrosis of kidney tissues． Key Words Strengthening the spleen；Tonifying the kidney；Exhaustive exercise；Apoptosis；Renal function 力竭运动可以改变肾脏超微结构导致肾功能异
