國立中央大學訂購契約書 NATIONAL CENTRAL UNIVERSITY PURCHASE CONTRACT Contract Number: ???-??? 國立中央大學(以下簡稱甲方)及????????公司(以下簡稱乙方)，茲甲方向乙方訂購「？？？？？？？？」一台，經雙方同意訂定本契約，共同遵守，其條款如下： National Central University (hereafter referred as “Party A”) will purchase the goods from ???????? (hereafter referred as “Party B”), which are listed in the quotation with quotation no. ????????. Both parties agree to abide by the following clauses: 1) 貨品名稱，規格及數量：詳如附報價單。 1) Designations, specifications, and quantities of the ystem and accessories are listed in the quotation with quotation no. ????????. 2) 運送方式：空運。 2) Transportation and delivery: By Air 3) 成交總價款：(DDU)(範例)。 3) Total Prices: (DDU) 4) 履約保證與交貨期限： 4.1) 乙方應於簽約時繳交總價款百分之二作為履約保證金，履約保證金甲方於乙方完成交貨時無息退還。 4.2) 交貨期為自雙方簽約完成次日起內交貨。 4)ontract Warranty Bond and Delivery: 4.1) “Party B” shall deposit in an amount of 2% of total price as a contract warranty bond to “Party A”, which will be refunded without interest to “Party B” after the delivery of the goods.
