Efficientclassroom requires teachers to follow students based on objective cognition on the law, the organization and im- plementation of the optimization of teaching activities, and reach the goal of classroom teaching, and the implementation of new curriculum to cultivate students thinking quality and biological biological science literacy requirements. How to achieve the goal of efficient classroom, the need for first-line teachers from the effective introduction of the classroom, the establish- ment of teaching methods, the development of inquiry problems and other aspects of reflection. In this paper, an example of an open class in the second chapter of the first chapter of the new biology curriculum of the senior high school biology, the molecular and cell, is used to measure and analyze the efficiency of the biology class in the fourth chapter.
