Task: a specific activity that is engaged in a specific purpose.
Responsibilities: a work activity that consists of tasks undertaken by an employee.
Position: in a certain amount of time, there is a collection of responsibilities for a particular person in the enterprise.
Work: work is a collection of jobs that are similar to each other.
Occupation: refers to the work that people do in society as the main source of living.
Principle of working analysis: system principle, level principle, standardization principle, optimization principle.
The content of the job analysis, job analysis, work process analysis, permissions, work relationship, work environment condition analysis, analysis of qualifications.
Job analysis is the foundation of enterprise human resource management
1) to make human resource planning more accurate; 2) make the job more explicit; 3) make work design more reasonable; 4) to make people more efficient; 5 makes the pay system more equitable; 6) make performance reviews more objective; 7 makes employee training more effective.
