Based on this, the article starts from the general problems existing in the traditional organizational structure, analyzes the connotation of the flexibility of enterprise organizational structure, and probes into the ways and means to realize the flexibility of organizational structure in the practice of enterprise management. Thus further optimize the organizational system of enterprises, and enhance the adaptability of enterprises to the uncertain environment. In the era of knowledge economy, the rapid development of information network, the organization in the development of enterprises with what form of organization, how to effectively cope with the increasingly complex and turbulent environment, the existing organizational structure theory, only to provide enterprises with ideas, principles and general reference model for organizational change to solve the problem is far from enough. This is a new challenge in the continuous adjustment of traditional organizational structure. It requires that the new organization form should be a form of organization with strong flexibility, flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness.
