毕业设计（论文） 清河发电厂扩建600MW 火电机组燃烧系统初步设计 The combustion system preliminary design of the extend of 600MW thermal electric generation unit in Qinghe power generation corporation 长 春 工 程 学 院 摘 要 电厂锅炉燃烧系统设计是火电厂生产系统初步设计的一个重要内容，对于大型锅炉，制粉系统已成为与锅炉燃烧设备共同组成不可分割的燃烧系统整体的一部分，因而其设计要与锅炉燃烧设备综合考虑，以满足锅炉正常运行对燃烧的要求。锅炉煤粉制备系统是将煤磨制成一定粒度的煤粉并输送至锅炉进行燃烧的所有设备组成的系统。本题目来自东北电力设计院工程项目“清河发电厂600MW扩建工程”的燃烧系统部分，根据长山发电厂扩建工程锅炉容量和燃用煤种的不同，选择不同的制粉设备，设计不同型式的制粉系统，并通过锅炉燃烧计算、制粉系统热力计算、制粉系统的空气动力计算、选型校核计算确定相应的设备。总的来说是根据锅炉燃烧用的煤的特性和锅炉采用的燃烧设备来选择制粉系统和磨煤机的型式和参数，并对规定的制粉系统范围内的其它设备、部件、管道及元件进行合理的选型、布置和计算，以保证制粉系统具有良好的运行性能和技术经济指标。 关键词： 制粉系统 磨煤机 设备选型 管道 Abstract The design on power plant boiler combustion system is an important content of the preliminary design on thermal power plant production system. For the large-scale boiler, the pulverizing system has already composed of an important part of the whole inalienable combustion system with the boiler combustion equipment together. Thus its design needs to be considered comprehensively connecting with combustion equipment of the boiler, in order to satisfy the combustion requirements to normal operation of the boiler. Preparation of pulverized coal boiler system is made of a certain size coal mill and delivered to the pulverized coal boiler to burn all the components of the system.This topic comes from partial of the combustion system of engineering project in the northeast electric power design institute on the Qinghe power plant 600MW extension project .The design chooses the different pulverizing equipment and projects the different pattern pulverizing system according to the boiler’s capacity of Changshan power plant extension project and the difference of the coal type. It also determines related equipments through the calculation on boiler burning, thermal calculation and aerodynamic calculation on the pulverizing system as well as calculation on shaping examination.
