机械设计制造及其自动化发展方向的研究 Research on the Direction of Mechanical Design and Manufacture and Its Automation Development 专 业： 姓 名： 指导教师姓名： 申请学位级别： 学 士 论文提交日期： 学位授予单位： 天津科技大学  摘 要 本文主要对传统的机械设计制造和机械自动化相比较，提出了具有智能化的特征是现代机械和传统的机械在功能上的本质区别。根据机械自动化在各行各业的应用和发展，显现出了机械自动化产品的优点和效益。即多功能化、高效率、高可靠性、省材料、省能源，不断满足人们生活和生产多元化需求。 文章从系统的观念出发，综合运用机械技术、微电子技术，自动化技术，及过控技术在化工生产中的应用。着重例举了锅炉汽包水位的控制和冷却剂流量和气氨排量的最佳控制方案。提出了过程自动化控制今后的主要目标，指明了机械设计制造及其自动化的发展方向。 关键词：设计制造; 自动化; 产品; 发展; 方向 ABSTRACT In this paper, the traditional mechanical design and manufacturing and mechanical automation compared to the proposed intelligent features of modern machinery and the traditional mechanical function of the essential difference. According to the application of mechanical automation in all walks of life and development, showing the advantages and benefits of mechanical automation products. That is, multi-functional, high efficiency, high reliability, provincial materials, energy, and constantly meet the needs of people living and production diversification. The article from the concept of the system, the comprehensive use of mechanical technology, microelectronics technology, automation technology, and control technology in chemical production applications. The optimal control scheme for boiler water level control and coolant flow and gas ammonia displacement is highlighted. Proposed the process of automation control the future of the main objectives, pointed out the mechanical design and manufacturing and automation of the development direction.
