= Abstract Obj ective To discuss the thera y modalities and their efficacy for Cobb. s syndrome Methods
Data from 14 cases of Cobb. s syndrome were retros ectively reviewed of which diagnosis, management andfollow-
u were discussend. Results Follow-u eriod of the 14 caseswas 4 months to 3 years, of them, no com lete cure
occurred, 12 cases im roved, 2 cases deteriorated. Conclusions Early diagnosis and early treatment using in ter-
ventional and surgical method are the key oint for this kind of in curable diseases.
