薪酬
本公司应按录用函中指定薪酬或按双方同意并以书面形式签订的薪酬支付雇员工资。具体条文如下::

The Company reserves the right upon written notice during employment, and upon termination of employment to deduct from the Employee salary any overpayment made and/or monies owed to the Company by the Employee including but not limited to overpayments or loans made to the Employee by the Company or losses suffered by the Company as a result of the Employee’s negligence or breach of Company rules and the cost of repairing Company property damaged by the Employee.
HOURS OF WORK
The Employee’s hours of work are set out in the offer letter. It may be necessary for the Employee to work in excess of these hours or for the Company to vary the hours of work to meet its business requirements.
HOLIDAYS
The Employee shall be entitled to the number of working days paid holiday in each holiday year as are specified in the offer letter. For these purposes the holiday year shall be deemed to run from 1 January – 31 December. The provisions that shall apply to such entitlement are as follows:
Holiday entitlement accrues at the rate of 1 days per year.
No more than 3 consecutive working days of holiday shall be taken at any one time unless agreed in advance and a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required. Holiday must be taken in complete days.
All holiday must be taken in each calendar year and in complete days. Any holidays not taken will be forfeited.
SICKNESS AND INJURY
If at any time, the Employee is absent from work by reason of sickness or injury (Periods of Incapacity) the Employee shall be paid Sick Pay if he/she is entitled to it for an annual maximum of 5 days.
The provisions of this clause 4.2 shall have effect with regard to payment to the Employee during Periods of Incapacity and the Employee shall not be entitled to any remuneration in respect of any Periods of Incapacity save as provided in
