上海某企业办公楼空调设计说明书  中文摘要 本设计为上海市某企业办公楼空调系统工程设计，共六层，西南侧裙楼单独两层。主要建筑功能为餐厅、办公、会议等。根据房间功能，及使用的灵活性，办公楼采用变频多联机加新风系统，室外机均置于屋顶。 根据各层不同类型房间，室内机主要有两种形式：四面出风嵌入式、高静压风管天井式。室外引入的新风经回收效率很高的全热交换器处理，将处理后的新鲜空气直接送入室内，使得建筑具有了呼吸功能，在满足新风量的同时，充分回收了室内空气的能量，即经济又节能环保。室内机承担室内冷负荷及部分的新风负荷；回风的方式考虑到降低非空调房空间与空调房间的温差，同时降低投资，主要采用走廊吊顶总回风，由各房间引出排风口。本设计采用的方案彰显节能环保的理念，体现了设计生命建筑的内在精神。 关键词：变频多联机加独立新风系统 全热交换器 走廊回风 直流变频热泵机组 Abstract This design is about the complex building that locates in Shanghai. There are 6 floors on the floor . The main building features are restaurant, office and meeting room .According to the different functions and flexible use of the room, The building is taking the method of VRV add to dependent system of new air. Considering that various rooms have different functions , there are two kinds of indoor machine ,list the following :All around the wind and High static pressure .The indoor fresh air directly from the introduction of outdoor air after the processing by all heat exchanger machine ; Yes construction with respiratory function, meeting the new air volume and fully recycled the interior energy at the same time.Clearly ,it is energy saving and environmental protection All the indoor machine aim to bear indoor cooling load and some new air load. In view of reducing the temperature difference ,the way to return indoor air is set a main tuyere in the corridor, this way can reduce investment too.This design adopts the plan highlights the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection,it also reflects the inner spirit of the intelligent building.
