城乡居民收入分配及城镇化对总消费影响探究摘 要：城乡收入分配对总消费的影响，受制于城镇化水平的高低。建立考虑人口因素的城乡收入分配影响总消费模型，分析我国农村居民收入占总收入比重以及城镇化率与总消费的关系，结果表明：我国农村居民收入比重的扩大和城镇化率的提高都有助于扩大我国居民总消费，但城镇化率超过一定水平时不利于城乡收入分配调节。因此，基于我国城乡收入差距大且农村收入比重下降的情况，我国扩大内需的战略选择应是：先调整收入分配结构，增加农村居民收入比重，提高农村居民工资性收入，从而提高总体消费水平；再在此基础上提高城镇化率，进一步增加总消费 关键词：城乡收入分配，城镇化率；居民总消费；城市居民消费；农村居民消费；边际消费倾向；农村居民收入比重；扩大内需 中图分类号：F014.5；F123.16文献标志码：A 文章编号：1674-8131（2011）05-0013-06 Research on the Influence of Urban and Rural Inhabitants Income Distribution and Urbanization on Total Consumption ―Theoretical Model and Empirical Analysis by Considering Population Factor QIAN Dong-ping (Yangtze Upriver Economic Research Center, Chongqing Technology and Business University, Chongqing 400067, China) Abstract: The impact of urban and rural income distribution on total consumption is influenced by urbanization level. Through setting up the model of total consumption influenced by urban and rural income distribution and by considering population factor, by analyzing the ratio of China?s rural residents income to total income and the relationship between urbanization rate and total consumption, the results indicate that the enlargement of ratio of China?s rural residents income and the urbanization is conducive to expand the consumption of the residents but is not helpful to urban and rural income distribution adjustment when urbanization rate surpasses a certain level. Thus, based on the condition of big gap between urban and rural inhabitants income and the decrease of the ratio of rural income to total income in China, the strategic choice for China to expand domestic demand is to firstly adjust income distribution structure, to increase the ratio of rural residents income and to increase wage income of rural inhabitants so as to promote total consumption level, based on this, to further improve urbanization rate for further increasing total consumption.
