区域地质环境质量评价研究的现状与趋势* 闫满存　李华梅　文启忠　李保生 地球科学进展ADVANCE IN EARTH SCIENCES1999年 第14卷 第4期 Vol.14 No.4 1999pp371-376 摘要：区域地质环境质量评价不仅是环境目标管理和城市规划等的基本依据，还是谋求区域可持续发展必须解决的关键问题。从自然和社会双重属性出发，地质环境质量评价可区分为基于自然属性的单灾种危险性评价、多灾种危险性评价、区域稳定性(地壳和构造稳定性)评价、环境质量综合评价和基于社会属性的单灾种风险或易损性评价、多灾种风险或易损性评价，环境质量经济评价等基本类型。地质环境质量评价是涉及多层次和多因素的综合空间决策问题，计算机、GIS和人工智能等技术的应用，将给地质环境质量评价带来新的学科生长点。关键词：地质环境系统；地质环境质量评价；地质环境质量经济评价；GIS中图分类号：X141　文献标识码：A　文章编号：1001-8166(1999)04-0371-06 THE CURRENT SITUATION AND TREND OF REGIONAL GEO-ENVIRONMENT QUALITY ASSESSMENT YAN Mancun，LI Huamei，WEN Qizhong(Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry,CAS,Guangzhou　510640，China)LI Baosheng(Department of Geography, Normal University of South China,Guangzhou　510631，China) Abstract：The assessment and zonation of regional geo-environment quality is aimed at providing necessary and sufficient information for regional environment management and the planning of urban construction,and also is one of the core problem to be dealt with for the sustainable development of the economic society.From the two layers of the nature and society of geo-environment the assessment of geo-environment quality would be divided into single disasters and multidisasters dangerous evaluation,regional stability(include crust and geostructure stability) evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation of the geo-environment quality,and the risk and easy-damaging evalution of single disaster and multi-disasters as well as the economic evaluation of geo-environment .This paper finally points out that the assessment of regional geo-environment quality is the multi-decision-making problem which deals with multi-layers and multi-factors,The application of modern techniques such as computer、GIS and artificial intelligence etc would be a new developing branch in quantitative assessment of regional geo-environment quality in the coming years.Key words：Geo-environment system； Geo-environment quality assessment； Economic assessment of geo-environment quality； GIS. 　　随着人口的急剧增长、经
