高校创新创业教育体系研究

高校大学生创新创业教育体系研究 -以华中科技大学为例 王小月 李 嵩 杨 广 (华中科技大学,武汉,430074) 摘 要: 近年来,“大众创业,万众创新”已成为中国经济、社会发展的“新引擎”,高等院校纷纷开展大学生创新创业教育改革工作。在这一改革进程中,高校创新创业教育体系的构建尤为重要。华中科技大学秉承“育人为本、创新是魂、责任以行”的办学理念,凭借浓厚的创新文化氛围,涌现出了一批创新创业的青年精英。本文以华中科技大学创新创业教育工作经验为例,从创新创业教育、创业扶持以及创业孵化三个方面对高校创新创业体系的构建展开了研究与分析。 关键词: 高校 创新创业教育 教育体系 Introduction Innovation and entrepreneurship education system refers to the whole process of universities’ personnel cultivation in which the education is incorporated under the joint mode of production and education. Supervised by “double-qualified” teachers, it relies on the second classroom [1]. Since the development of the education in China at the end of the 20th century, universities around China have learned a lot from foreign advanced experience and found various education models. Improvements have been made in the area, but it still faces many difficulties [2]. Therefore, exploration into a cultivation model in line with national university conditions as well as satisfying social needs attaches great importance to China’s innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. In recent years, “HUST Phenomenon” centered on nurturing technology-talents has aroused great concerns. A number of entrepreneurs graduated from HUST have received considerable attention and have been recognized in all fields, such as “Father of Wechat” Zhang Xiaolong, “Founder of PPTV” Yao Xin, Alibaba Vice President Xu Zipei and so on. In 2014, more than 7 companies established by HUST graduates have gained nearly $300 million investment, MoboTap, M, INMOTION, Bread Trip, to name a few. In the 2015 Forbes China, HUST has topped the list with 3 alumni of “30 Entrepreneurs Under 30”, they are Zhou Wei, Huang Chengsong and Jin Yizhi. In the first China College Students’ Entrepreneurship Competition, the team from HUST has won the championship with 5 gold medals, 1 silver medal and also the highest total score.
