摘 要
目前出版行业供应链存在很多问题,主要的问题有:供应链中的核心企业不多,核心作用发挥不明显,专业分工不明确,缺乏细分市场的供应商,供应链企业之间的协同程度差,企业之间的信息沟通不畅。这些问题导致出版行业库存存货严重,信息流、资金流、物流流通不畅,严重影响着该行业的发展。针对出版行业供应链存在的这些问题,本文提出了一些应对方法,主要是从两大方面来具体分析:一方面,是从政府层面上提出问题的对策,包括培育核心企业,合理分配供应链各个节点企业利润水平,建设出版行业的统一信息标准平台,加强企业诚信建设和出版市场法制建设等方面内容。另一方面是从企业的层面提出应对措施,比如塑造品牌影响力,打造鲜明的特色,培育企业核心竞争力;合理选择战略合作伙伴,在供应链企业之间形成更好的协同效应;基于网络与电子商务环境,打造全新的信息链等。全文共分五章,第一章介绍,第章,第章具体介绍,第章对第三章所,。At present, there are many problems in the supply chain of publishing industry,the major ones including the core enterprises of supply chain very few, which is not playing a central role obviously, the professional division of labor is not clear, the lack of sub-market suppliers, the poor collaboration and communication of enterprises in supply chain. These problems in publishing industry which has resulted in serious stock inventory and poor circulation of information flow, capital flow and logistics, have seriously affected the development of the industry. Addressing these issues, this paper presents a number of responses, mainly from the specific analysis of the two major aspects: On the one hand, raise the issue of countermeasures from the Government, including nurturing the core businesses, a reasonable allocation of the supply chain nodes in all levels of corporate profits, constructing unified platform of information standards for publishing industry, Strengthening market integrity and the publication of the legal system and so on. On the other hand is made response measures from the level of enterprise, such as the influence to shape the brand, to create distinct characteristics, cultivating core competitiveness of enterprises; Reasonable choice of strategic partner, form a better synergy between enterprises in the supply chain, to create a new information chain through the use of Internet and e-commerce environment.
