The samples of cucumber ， flesh of watermelon and whole of watermelon were homogenated with the mixture of acetone/dichloromethane ， soil sample extracted by accelerated solvent extraction （ASE ） with acetone. Concentrated extract cleaned up with C18 column ， leach was concentrated and dissolved by n -hexane ， then detected by ， GC-ECD. The limits of detection of forchlorfenuron residues in cucumber flesh and whole of watermelon were 0.001 mg/kg ， in soil was 0.002 mg/kg. In the range of 0.002 ～0.5 mg/kg ， recovery rates of forchlorfenuron in cucumber were 89.2 ～106.2% (RSD: 6.7～10.3%) ， in flesh of watermelon were 89.4～99.3% (RSD: 4.7～11.0%) ， in whole of watermelon were 92.8～101.0% (RSD: 5.7～12.3%) .
