68 宝 　钢 　技 　术 2007年第 4 期 酸轧联合机组速度优化控制技术的应用 顾洪家 (宝钢分公司 　设备部 ,上海 　20 1900) 　　摘要 :介绍了在冷轧薄板酸轧联合机组中使用的速度优化控制技术。根据酸轧联合生产线各区段速度控 制的特点 ,应用速度控制原理和速度优化策略 ,确定出酸轧联合机组连续生产的最佳速度控制。利用活套容 量控制原理 ,提高稳定的策略 ,平稳控制机组速度 ,能有效改善带钢质量和加快生产节奏。生产结果表明 ,酸 轧联合机组使用速度优化技术后 ,提高了产量并改善了板形质量。 　　关键词 :冷轧薄板 ;速度优化 ;酸轧联合机组 ;活套控制 中图分类号: TG273　文献标识码 : B　文章编号 : 1008 - 0716 (2007) 04 - 0068 - 04 Applica tion of Speed O ptim iza tion Con trol Technology in P ickling L ine and Tandem Cold M ill G u H ongjia ( Equ ipm en t D epartm en t , Baosteel Branch , Shangha i 201900, Ch ina) 　　Abstract: The speed op tim ization ( SO) control technology used in the p ickling line and tandem cold m ill ( PL TCM ) is introduced. Based on characteristics of the speed control at each zone of the PL TCM , its op timal speed control was ascertained according to the speed control p rincip le and SO strategy. W ith the loop capacity control p rin cip le and stability strategy, the line ’s speed was controlled smoothly, which is helpful for imp roving strip ’s quality and quickening the p roduction rhythm. The p roduction results indicate that the output of cold strip has been increased and its shape quality has been greatly imp roved with the SO control technology.
