zy@ 中医临床研究 010 CJCM 中医临床研究 2013 年第 5 卷 第 17 期 -1- 药浴加液体软组织松解术治疗强直性脊柱炎 临床观察 Clinical observation on treating AS by medicated bath plus liquid soft tissue release surgery 唐亚平 （桂林市中西医结合医院，广西 桂林，541003 ） 中图分类号：R364.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-7860 （2013 ）17-0001-03 证型：IDBG 【摘 要】 目的：总结药浴加液体软组织松解术治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效，探索缓解强直性脊柱炎病情的新方法。方法：选 取符合强直性脊柱炎诊断标准的90 例患者随机分为治疗组（45 例）和对照组（45 例），治疗组45 例应用中药水浴加液体软组织 松解术治疗，同时予以NSAIDs （一种）＋MTX；对照组45 例予以常规疗法：NSAIDs （一种）＋MTX ＋SASP。3 个月后，观察 治疗前后指标变化，并进行对比。结果：治疗组腰背疼痛、晨僵、关节肿胀及压痛积分变化，脊柱前屈、后伸、侧弯运动、胸廓 扩张度，ESR 、CRP 的指标评价，治疗组显效以上占66.6% ，总有效率93.3% ，治疗前后差异非常显著（P0.01 ）。结论：药浴加 液体软组织松解术对强直性脊柱炎的治疗安全有效，优于AS 常规疗法。 【关键词】中药浴；液体松解术；强直性脊柱炎 【Abstract 】 Objective: To summarize the efficacy of medicated bath plus liquid soft tissue release surgery, explore the new method for relieving patients condition. Methods: 90 patients meet diagnostic criteria for ankylosing spondylitiss (AS), were selected and randomly divided into the treated group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases), the treated group were given medicated bath plus liquid soft tissue release surgery, at the same time, be given NSAIDs (one kind) ＋MTX; The control group was treated with routine therapy: NSAIDs (one kind) ＋MTX ＋SASP. Three months later, the indicator changes before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results: The number of cases markedly effective in the treated group, 66.6% or more, the total efficiency was 93.3%, significant difference before and after treatment (P0.01).
