工業遺址之保存與再利用－以北部火力發電廠為例 Preserve and Restore the Ruins of Industry － Case Study of the North Thermal Power Plant * ** *** 邱泰龍 黃世昌 吳宜晏 中文摘要 北部火力發電廠舊稱北部火力發電所（簡稱北火電廠）位於台灣基隆八斗 子，為日治時期台灣電力株式會社（台灣電力公司前身）於昭和12年（民國26 年）開始建造，昭和14年（民國28年）落成。經國民政府遷台後，於民國42年擴 建廠房，民國 44年完成新廠建設。北火電廠使用八斗子的煤礦為燃料進行大規模 的供電，為當時北部主要的供電來源，其規模可與南部的日月潭發電廠相論，並 經多年營運，於民國72年除役。 因北火電廠為台灣首座填海造陸構築及取 海水作為冷卻水之發電廠，致北 火電廠於日治時期興建之建物於民國 93 年經基隆市政府公告為歷史建物，並保 存作為整建國立海洋科技博物館之用，而即將成為亞洲第一個由發電廠轉型再利 用的大型博物館。故本 文以北火電廠之保存與再利用為題，主要分為 3個部分： 第 1部分為介紹北火電廠之發展過程；第 2部分為北火電廠保存與再利用之規劃 設計方向；第 3部分為因應規劃設計方向，進行北火電廠結構調查、雷射掃描測 繪還原建築圖及結構補強工程等作業技術。 關鍵字：歷史建物、保存、再利用 Abstract The north thermal power plant, located on Badouzih, Keelung, Taiwan, was built by the government of Japan in 1937 and completed in 1939. After the government of R.O.C was taking over the power plant facilities from Japanese, they extended new facilities in 1953 and completed in 1955. The power plant that scale was alike with the Sun Moon Lake power plant in the southern Taiwan had been the main power supply used local coal as the source of the northern Taiwan from 1939 to 1983. The power plant was built by Japanese for Taiwanese was the first time built from marine reclamation land and the facilities had cooled the sea water. Then the power plant announced by the city hall of Keelung for historical building in 2004, and preserve to build the national museum of marine science and technology that will become the first museum transform to restore the power plant in the ASIA.
