体育运动学校转型发展的微观阐释——基于北京市延庆区体育运动学校的分析 朱亚成 （首都体育学院 研究生部，北京 100191） 摘 要：“加强竞技体育后备人才培养工作”是“十三五”时期我国体育发展的主要任务之一。在竞技体育转型发展的背景下探讨体育运动学校转型发展，具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。通过实地考察、个案研究、逻辑分析和专家访谈等方法重点分析“十三五”时期北京市延庆区体育运动学校的转型发展，主要从北京市延庆区体育运动学校的发展现状、转型发展的政策条件、转型发展的机遇以及“十三五”时期延庆区体育运动学校发展的主要方向等5大方面进行论述，旨在推进北京市延庆区体育运动学校的健康可持续发展，同时为其他地方体育运动学校的成功转型提供借鉴和参考。 关键词：体育运动学校；竞技体育；转型发展；发展方向；后备人才；“十三五” 中图分类号：G807.3 文献标识码：A Microscopic Interpretation of The Sports School Transformation Development——In Case of The Analysis of The Sports School in Beijing Yanqing District//ZHU Ya-cheng Abstract：To strengthen the competitive sports reserve talents cultivation is one of the primary mission for the development of sports in planning for its 13th Five Year Plan in 2015. Analysis of the sports school transformation development under the background of the competitive sports transformation development,which has very important theoretical and practical significance.By means of the field observation,case study,logical analysis, expert interview and so on,this paper makes an analysis on the sports school transformation development in Beijing Yanqing district during 13th Five Years Plan.Mainly from the present situation,the policy and opportunity of the transformation development,the main direction of sports school development in Beijing Yanqing district analysis.The aim of this paper is to promote the sports school healthy and sustainable development in Beijing Yanqing district,meanwhile provide reference to other schools.
