中亚天然气管道AB 线跨接动火连头安全施工技术 Bridge connection hot work and tie-in safety construction tchinique of Kazakhstan-China gas pipeline A,B line 綦振栋 中国石油天然气管道局国际事业部 （河北廊坊 065000） [摘要]本文详细阐述了著名的中亚天然气管道工程项目中跨接动火连头的施工技术。该工程特点为AB 双线并行敷设，A 线已先于B 线投产通气。笔者提供了包括可燃气体检测、氮气置换、切割、封堵、 焊接等一系列工序在内的一整套安全的跨接动火连头施工方法，使AB 线安全跨接，保障了B 线顺利投 产。本文对其它同类油气管道工程具有参考和指导意义。 [Abstract] This paper expounds the construction technique of bridge connecction hot work and tie-in at the famous Kazakhstan-China gas pipeline project.The project’s characteristics is the AB double line parallel laying and line A has put into operation before line B. The author provides a set safe construction method of bridge connection hot work and tie-in operation,which including flammable gas detection, nitrogen replacement, cutting, sealing, welding and so on a series of working procedure to make the AB line safe bridge connection and guarantee the line B put into operation smoothly. This paper can be used for the other similar oil and gas pipeline engineering with reference and guidance significance.
