Methods: Designing the advanced level training mode and using it to train 20 nurses. Results: Scores of theoretical knowledge and technical level of the nurses increased after training, from (85.65±3.79) points to (95.20±2.14) points and from (89.60±2.80) points to (96.80±1.85) points respectively (all P0.05). After training, satisfaction degree of nurses increased from 70% to 100% (P0.05).
