M ethods By u sing quasi- random ized con tro lled m ethods, the p atients w ere random ly div ided into Zhenzhong p ill treatm ent g roup ( 20 cases) and cont inuou s oxygen inha lation control group ( 20 cases) based on the bed num ber( sing le o r double) in the hosp ita.l A fter g iving the m ed icine for seven days, w e comp ared the wt o sleep ing sym ptom s score and depress rate of the Epworth sleep iness scale( ESS) sco re prior- post treatm ent. R e su lts Comp ared w ith the pretherapy and contro l g roup, the treatm ent group h ad a g reat mi provem ent in sleep ing sym p tom s sco re and to tal score ( 005 or 001) , as w ell as the p atients num ber o f ESS ( sco re 9) w as larger th an the contro l group ( 005) . C onclu sion Zhenzhong p ill can no t on ly g reatly mi prove the sleep ing sym ptom s w ith sleep apnea syndrom e poststroke, but also am e liorate index of daytmi e drow siness and so on.
