万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 礼仪素养是大学生综合素养的重要内容，是个体道德文化水平和文明素养的 外在体现。我国自古以来就有讲礼仪的优良传统，礼仪是由礼仪知识到行为的内 化的结果，是一种相对稳定的潜在品质，通过人的仪表、言行等外在表现出来， 并且相对持久地影响和左右着人对待外界和自身的态度，礼仪素养指人们为了人 际和谐和个人目的、按照礼仪规范在礼仪的品质、意志等方面所进行的自我锻炼 和自我改造,从而形成一种境界和涵养。大学生既是中华传统美德的传承者，又 是体现时代要求的新道德规范的引领者。因此，研究大学生礼仪素养对于践行社 会主义核心价值体系有规范引导作用。 本文通过对X 大学学生礼仪素养现状的实证研究，从礼仪知识、礼仪情感、 礼仪行为规范等方面了解大学生礼仪素养状况，从礼仪行为规范的不同角度较为 客观的描述了大学生礼仪素养状况，分析总结了大学生礼仪素养中存在的问题， 对影响学生礼仪规范形成的学校、家庭、社会三个方面进行深入剖析，并有针对 性的提出进一步提高大学生礼仪素养的对策，旨在探索有利于提高大学生礼仪素 养的新途径，创新高校育人的新内涵。 关键词：大学生；礼仪素养；现状；问题；对策 I 万方数据 ABSTRACT Etiquette is an important part of students comprehensive literacy,It is the external manifestation of individual’s moral level and civilization.
