山东省小学体育骨干教师培训的现状与对策研究.pdfVIP

摘要 小学体育骨干教师培训是教师教育体系中的基础环节，如何提高培训的力度，搞好对 小学体育骨干教师的培训，是适应社会发展与教育改革的需要，也是当前体育师资培训管 理部门的一项紧迫而重要的中心工作。对山东省小学体育骨干教师培训情况进行调查和研 究能够进一步充实并不断完善对小学骨干教师培训的研究，为教育行政部门提供决策依 据，为体育骨干教师培训工作的开展提供参考案例。 本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法，对山东省小学体育骨干教 师培训现状进行了调查，通过对山东省小学体育骨干教师培训课程和影响因素分析，提出 了促进山东省小学体育骨干教师培训发展的相应对策。结果表明： 1、山东省小学体育骨干教师大部分最高学历在本科以上；在学校的工作量较大，科 研能力有待提高。 2、山东省小学体育骨干教师对山东省小学体育骨干教师的培训政策有较好的认识； 参与山东省小学体育骨干教师培训的态度较端正，提高最高学历的过程中采用进修方式的 较多。 3、山东省小学体育骨干教师培训内容较为合理；教学与实践培训的内容设置较为全 面涉及山东省小学体育骨干教师的工作内容；观摩反思的设置受到较好的反响；课题研究 的设置符合大多数山东省小学体育骨干教师的需求，但课时量较少。 4、山东省小学体育骨干教师培训的影响因素主要包括学员因素、培训者因素和管理 因素。山东省小学体育骨干教师培训的辐射面有限，培训改革机制尚未建立。 5、山东省小学体育骨干教师培训专业化的对策包括：与体育系统的合作，增强与山 东各大高校的联合，提高培训的专业化；创新培训模式，充分利用远程培训模式，政策上 支持模式创新，对参培者的调查有所创新；完善室内体育课程培训内容，增加科研培训内 容。 关键词：山东省；小学；骨干教师；培训；现状与对策 I 万方数据 Abstract The elementary school sports backbone teacher training is the basic link in the teacher education system, how to improve the strength of the training, do well in training for teachers in the elementary school sports backbone, is adapt to the needs of social development and education reform, is also the current physical education teacher training management center for an urgent and important work.
