山东省高职教师职业道德问题及对策研究――以三所高等职业院校为例.pdfVIP

摘要 提高高职教师职业道德素质不仅对提升高职教师队伍水平意义重大，而且对整个高职 教育发展具有不可忽视的作用。近几年教师在职业道德方面暴露的问题，引起国家和社会 的广泛关注，加强高职教师职业道德建设刻不容缓。 本研究采用质的研究方法，对山东省三所高职院校的八名老师与七名学生进行了半结 构性访谈，从中了解到当前高职教师在师生关系、教学工作、学术研究与职业道德教育四 个方面的职业道德现状，并从这三个方面进行了分析与总结，结果显示：在师生关系方面， 部分高职教师对待学生不公正，缺乏对学生的尊重与理解，对“学生观”认识不正确。在 教学工作中，部分高职教师工作懈怠、教学方法不得当，高职院校对外聘教师和教学管理 不善。在学术研究方面，部分高职教师出现学术不雅与学术不端现象，个别高职院校漠视 学术研究。在职业道德教育中，高职教师对职业道德教育的意义认识不正确。 本文对高职教师职业道德方面存在的问题进行了分析，认为以下因素导致了这些问 题：高职教师对自身要求过低，对高职教育的理解存在偏见；高职院校对教师的考核评价 中缺少职业道德方面的内容，对教师的职业道德教育不科学；社会不良风气的影响，使高 职教师的职业道德随之滑坡。本研究建议，从以下几个方面来解决高职教师职业道德存在 的问题。高职教师应该主动构建良好的师生关系、为人师表；更新教学方法、提高教学效 果；增强学术研究热情、提高学术成果质量。高职院校应该重视高职教师职业道德建设、 建立激励与监督机制；完善外聘教师管理制度；健全高职教师学术研究激励与保障机制。 师德规范的制定应从实际出发；提高教师待遇和地位，使师德养成从他律性转化为自律性。 关键词：高职教师；职业道德；问题；对策 万方数据 Abstract Improving the quality of higher vocational teachers professional ethics not only has important meaning to improve higher vocational teachers’ level, but also has the effect that cannot be ignored for developing the higher vocational education. In recent years, the problems existing in the teachers professional ethics have caused the extensive concern of the state and society.So it is urgent to strengthen the construction of higher vocational teachers professional ethics. This research adopts qualitative research approach by selecting eight teachers and seven students of three higher vocational colleges in Shandong province as semi- structured interviews object.Through the form of interview,we get the occupational moral status of higher vocational teachers about the relationship among teachers, students ，teaching, academic research and professional ethics training.Then we analyze and summarize the three aspects
