高校主导型协同创新山西农业科技服务体系研究 　　摘要： 随着农业科技的不断发展进步，以往主要以非公益性为主的政府主导和以公益性为主的市场主导的农业科技服务体系难以及时有效了解农民需求，即使了解也因各种原因不能有效给予帮助，对于农业的一系列问题得不到针对性的解决。山西高校集聚全省人才、科技、教育的优势，探索高校主导型协同创新山西农业科技服务体系建设，把政府的政策正确传达给农户，让专家团队集中精力搞研究，让科研人才走入农村现实指导农民搞生产，团结企业推广科研成果，并且完善农业科技服务一系列产后服务，可以弥补政府和市场为主导的农业科技服务的不足。构建以山西高校为主导，与政府、企业、农户共同协调发展的山西农业科技服务体系具有重大的现实意义。 　　Abstract： With the continuous development and progress of agricultural science and technology， the departed government leading that mainly focuses on non-public welfare and market-oriented agricultural science and technology service system that mainly focuses on public welfare are difficult to timely and effectively understand the farmers demand， even understand the effective help cant be given for various reasons. A series of agricultural problems cant be settled targeted. The universities in Shanxi have the provincal advantages in talent， science and technology， education. They explores the university-based collaborative innovation construction of Shanxi agricultural science and technology service system， communicate the governments policy to farmers， let the expert team to concentrate on study， let the research personnel go to rural area to guid the farmers’ production， unite the enterprise to promote scientific research achievements and improve a series of postpartum services of the agricultural science and technology service. These can make up the shortfall of the government-based and market-oriented agricultural science and technology service.
