四川动物 2008年 第 27卷 第 6期 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　S ichuan Journa l of Zoology　Vol27　No6　2008 丽杰氏涡虫和中国小达氏涡虫的神经系统 于微 ,梁羽 ,汪安泰 ,易艳琼 (深圳大学生命科学学院 ,广东深圳 518060) 　　摘要 :利用乙酰胆碱脂酶分布定位的组织化学方法 ,描述了丽杰氏涡虫和中国小达氏涡虫的神经系统 。结果显 示 : 1. 中国小达氏涡虫神经结构由一对脑神经节 、10条纵神经索 、一对咽侧神经节 、一条围咽神经环和多条斜向的 横神经等分支组成 ,腹纵神经索最粗 ,对生殖系统的控制已经呈现分工 ,无梯状结构 ; 2. 丽杰氏涡虫神经由一对脑 神经节和 8条纵神经索构成 ,有明显的梯状结构 。经比较 ,表明这二种涡虫神经结构有明显差异 。 关键词 : 涡虫 ; 乙酰胆碱脂酶 ; 组织化学 ; 神经 中图分类号 : Q9591512; Q95452　　文献标识码 : A 　　文章编号 : 1000 - 7083 (2008) 06 - 1024 - 03 Nerve Sy stem of G ieyszto r ia pu lch ra an d M ic roda lye llia sin en sis YU W ei, L IAN G Yu ,WAN G A ntai , Y I Yanq iong (Co llege of L ife Sciences, Shenzhen U n iversity, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province 518060, Ch ina) 　A b stract: The nerve system s of Giey sz toria p u lch ra andM icroda ly ellia s inens is were de scribed by the distribution of acetyl choline stera se (AChE) w ith h istochem ical m ethod s. The re su lts indicated: 1. The nerve system of M icroda ly ellia sinens is wa s compo sed of a brain ganglion, ten longitudinal nerve cord s, a coup le of p haryngeal lateral ganglion s, a neuroring sur rounding the p harynx, and several slanting and horizon tal nerve b ranche s. In the nerve system , the ven tral longitudinal nerve cord wa s the w ide st, and there wa s no ladder structure. The rep roductive system wa s contro lled by sp ecific nerve. 2. In Giey sz toria p u lch ra , the nerve system con tained a coup le of b rain ganglion, eight longitudinal nerve cord s, and had obvi ou s ladder structure. A fter comp aration, there were obviou s dif
