Sample was firstly extracted with acetonitrile ,then the chromatographic separation was carried out on a MG皿- C 18 column (2. 1 mm x 150 mm ,5 I-Lm). Mobile ph脱 is composed of methanol and (/) = O. 1 % fonnic acid - water solution for gradient elution. The limit of detection is 10 件gI屿， and the limit of quant面ca­ tion is 33μglkg.
