After analyzing the elements that influence the urban atmospheric environment quality , a matterele ment model of the extension Multifactorial Evaluation to assess the quality of atmospheric environment was built up . The multiingredient pollution assessment is transformed into the singleobj ect decision ,and the results can directly show the integrative level of the atmospheric environment quality and the degree of air pollution in some areas of the city .
