First, the author argues that educational study is not pure macro-oriented only such as policy analysis and ideological formation, but rather synchronic with actually socio-historical process and daily-life baseline in the micro level. Consequently, this paper is in favor of the view that culture-in- interaction and the cultural construction of emotion may be the window for an investigation of the schoolteachers life world. To argue for this ’ view, a focus on the narratives of teachers life is insufficient. We have ’ to systematically analyze the logic of practice behind cooperation and conflict in certain context via cultural studies.
