What is the key to successful communication? 1) Importance of communication Through communication, we learn who we are, and what the world is like. Through communication, we shape our identity as both individual and cultural being. Through communication, we explore the world, establish bonds, networks and relationships with other people. Through communication, we express our thoughts and feelings to others, and to satisfy our emotional and material needs.
