郑州交通职业学院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目：新型柴油机排放控制技术 所属系别 车辆工程系 专业班级 汽车检测与维修技术1班 姓　　名 左西勇 学　　号 201008020110172 指导教师 张 勇 撰写日期 2013 年 04 月 摘 要 与其他类型的内燃机相比，应用越来越广泛的柴油机具有更高的燃油效率、提供更大的转矩和拖动能力，碳氢化合物排放低，但微粒的排放却是汽油机的30倍以上，因此有效控制柴油机微粒的排放对环保和汽车等行业的发展意义重大。文章综述了新型柴油机微粒排放控制技术的新进展，并介绍了新型柴油机微粒技术发展趋势。指出机外净化将在满足未来排放法规过程中发挥越来越重要的作用，Den Ox-DPF组合形式的反应器系统将来可能会是一个较为理想的选择；在性能上达到国际先进水平而且能够适应我国的燃油品质，为柴油机捕集器在我国的实际应用解决了关键性技术难题，是适合我国国情、能够产生巨大的社会和经济效益的新型柴油机排放后处理系统。此项技术使国产柴油机车辆的微粒排放达到或超过欧Ⅱ标准，极大提高国产柴油机行业在国际上的竞争力，同时讨论了新型柴油机微粒净化系统在柴油机上安装使用的可行性及现实意义。 关键词：微粒，新型，排放控制技术，净化技术 Abstract Compared with other types of internal combustion engines, diesel engine is more and more extensive application with higher fuel efficiency, provide more torque and drag, hydrocarbon emissions low, but emit up to 30 times more particulate matter than gasoline engines, meaning so effective control of diesel particulate exhaust in environmental protection and automotive industries major. This paper reviewed the development of new diesel particulate emission control technology, and introduces the development model of diesel particulate technology trends. Points out that the external purification will play an increasingly important role in meeting the future emission regulations, the reactor system Den Ox-DPF combinations may be an ideal choice for the future; the performance reached the international advanced level and can adapt to Chinas quality of fuel oil, diesel trap has solved the key technical difficulties in the practical application of our country, is a new type of diesel engine emission suitable for Chinas national conditions, can produce huge social and economic benefits after treatment system.
