我国政府财政对农业投资的实证分析

摘要甚:通过我国政府财政对农业投资规模勾结构的实证分析，提出了进一步加强财政对农业投资，加速农业和农
村发展的政策建议:继续加大对农业基础设施建设、农业科研教育与技术椎广、质量标准与市场信息等服务体系
建设的支持力度，改善生产条件，提高农业综合生产力;采取积极揩施调整农业生产结构，支持农业现代化发展;
实施区域援助计划，对受灾或贫困地区农业进行大力扶持;结合国家开发战略，实施环保农业，改善农业生态
环境。

Abstract: In this p叩啊， the scale and structure of financial investment to agriculture were analyzed ,
and some countermeasures are gìven to promote agriculture economic development: continue to enlarge
the investment on agricultural infrastructure ,education and technology extension ,quality standardization
and information services system construction to improve the production conditions and agricultural
comprehensive ahility; Adjust agriculture production structure aggressively ，自upport the a伊iculture
modemization development; Implement assistant plan to support the agric川ture on poverty area or the
area be hit by a natural calamity, ; Combine national developing strategy and implement environmental
friendly agriculture to improve agricultural producing conditions.
