* * * * While about half of the cases with sleep problems had a mental disorder, the remaining half, however, did not have any established diagnosis. Of those with sleep problems, 14.9% had a subthreshold disorder, 29.2% were classified as symptomatic and only 4.5% were psychologically well. 一、一般采用的睡眠质量衡量标准 通过唔谈,根据失眠者自诉,目前还无准确的量化标准,睡眠质量高标准: ⑴入睡快,一般在10分钟内入睡; ⑵睡眠深,呼吸深长而不易被惊醒; ⑶无起夜或很少起夜,无惊梦现象,醒后很快忘记梦境; ⑷起床快,早晨起床后精神状态良好; ⑸白天头脑清醒,工作效率高,不困倦。 * 睡眠效率计算 睡眠效率=实际入睡时间/床上时间×100%。 睡眠质量分为0-5级: 0级示睡眠质量佳,睡眠率>80%; 1级示睡眠尚可,睡眠率70%-80%; 2级示睡眠困难,睡眠率60%-70%; 3级示轻度睡眠障碍,睡眠率50%-60%; 4级示中度睡眠障碍,睡眠率40%-50%; 5级示重度睡眠障碍,睡眠
