中国卫生检验杂志2007年12月第l7卷第12期 Chinese Journal of Health Laboratory Technology，Dec 2007；Vol 17 No 12 221 1 【化学测定方法】 铅作业工人血锌原卟啉的测定 陈敏，班永宏，仲立新 (江苏省疾病预防控制中心，南京 210028) [摘要] 目的：观察铅作业工人红细胞锌原卟啉(ZPP)含量及其与血红蛋白(Hb)、血铅(Pb)的关系。方法：采用血液荧 光仪、全自动血细胞分析仪、原子吸收分光光度计对371名铅作业工人进行红细胞锌原卟啉、血红蛋白及血铅测定，并进 行统计学处理。结果：铅作业工人血锌原卟啉、血铅含量显著高于对照组(P0．05)，血红蛋白含量与对照组无显著性差 异(P0．05)，男工人血锌原卟啉与血红蛋白、血铅均有相关性(P0．01)，相关系数(r)分别为0．309和0．314。结论： 血锌原卟啉是铅作业工人健康检查的敏感指标，对职业性铅中毒的早期筛查有重要意义。 [关键词] 铅作业；红细胞锌原卟啉；血红蛋白；血铅 [中图分类号] R446．11 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1004—8685(2007)12—2211—02 Detection of ZPP levels in lead——exposed workers Chen Min，Ban y0 一 ，Zhong Li—xin (Jiangsu Center for Disease Control and Prevention，Nanjing 2 10028，China) [Abstract]0bjective：To study the correlation between zinc protoporphyrin(ZPP)levels and blood lead(Pb)and Hemoglobin (Hb)in the occupationally lead—exposed workers．Methods：A total of 37 1 blood samples of occupationally lead—exposed work— ers were selected for the levels of ZPP and Pb and Hb with ZPP一3800 hematofluorometer and PE一800 graphite furuace atomic absorption spectroscopy and KX一2 1 N blood cell analyzer，and analysed statistically．Results：In the exposed，the Pb and ZPP lev- els were significantly higher than those in the control(P0．05)，the Hb levels were not significantly different with those in the control(P0．05)．The ZPP levels were correlated with Pb and Hb levels in the exposed male workers(P0．O1)．the correlated coefficients were(r)：0．309，0．314．Conclusion：The ZPP levels 81e sensitive index of the lead—exposed workers in the occupa- tionally health exam ination and significant in the early iudgment of occupational lead overload． [Key words] Lead exposed；Zinc protoporphyrin；Hemoglobin；Blood lead
