Accordin to the nat ure of adjuvant and quality of preparation and throu h the sin le factor experiments the main parameters w hich impact the properties of t he vit amin C astric floatin tab let were determined, and then throu h the ortho onal experiment the optimum prescription and experimental conditions were determ ined. T ablets were prepared by direct compression wit h dry pow der . Study of its floatin properties in the artificial as tric juice w as conduct ed and the dissolution of the astric floatin t ablet of vitamin C w as det ected by titration method. The be innin floatin t ime of vitamin C intra astric floatin sustained release tablets is less than 5 min, duration of floatin is more than 12 h, and the t otal dru release in 8 h is more t han 80 percent.
