This does not ensure that you will be able to come back and shoot and approach * What about bulk fuel temperature, what is the limitation for this? * We have two different ways that we can fuel the CRJ the first is pressure refueling which is fed at the front right wing root. The second is a gravity refueling done through filler point located on the upper wing surface. pressure refueling can be done either manually or automatically how would we know if this were left ON? The AUTOXFER INHIBIT message will be inhibited. gravity refueling is accomplished though the filler points on the wing Fuel information is displayed in the cockpit on three different EICAS screens: Primary, Status, and Fuel Synoptic pages we will discuss each of these screens individually in our EICAS unit later today. * The fuel system has two separate distribution systems. The engine fuel system and the APU fuel system. The engine system controls fuel from the collector tanks to the engine and the APU system controls fuel from the wing tanks to the engine. The fuel system computer monitors and controls the operations of the fuel system It receives information from the AHRS The computer uses the following information to calculate the fuel quantity in each wing tank: Fuel density, fuel temperature in the left wing tank, and fuel temperature at the engine. The computer also controls the operation of the pumps and valves to keep the fuel system balanced * Fuel is distributed through the system through a combination of gravity and motive flow.
