体育基金管理的相关法律问题及对策研究 ABSTRACT Sports Fund in China has nearly two decades of development history, it should be said that Chinas economic system in sports fund restructuring and change of government functions in the process of promoting the development of Chinas sports undertakings and building a moderately prosperous society plays an important role.But along with the further development of Chinas sports industry, sports fund raising, management and use of regulatory capital and later there have been some problems, although China has promulgated a number of laws and regulations to regulate and govern them, but in theory and concrete practice, there are many controversies in sports funding and governance norms.
