(5)The restricting factors of the community sports activities mainly lies in the aspects ofTanghai funding, venues, facilities, organizations; effect from the community sports activities for residents of the community residents, enhance the degree of happiness,and promote the harmonious neighborhood, family unity, to the socialism harmonious society to build a positive role set.
